Section:-
1. Study Room Section – Books are issued to
students for use in the reading room only. This section has a unique rolling
rack system for stacking the books. Students are issued a Bar-coded Library
card called Study Room Card for using this section

2. Home Issue Section –
Books are given for home issue for seven days. Students are issued a
Bar-coded Library card called Home Issue Card for using this section.
3. Reference Section –
Reference books are issued to be read in the reference section reading
room only. A separate reading area has been allotted for the Research Scholars
and Faculty members in this section. This section has open access for students
and faculty.
4. Internet Section – The Internet
Section is located within the Reference section. The
library subscribes to MTNL Broadband 4Mbps Internet connection. computer
terminals have been.
5. Periodicals Section –
This section houses journals, magazines, newspapers, question paper made
available to the students. The internet facility is provided for educational
purposes only. sets. Students are issued the above materials for reading room
use only. The library subscribes journals and magazines, and 8 newspapers
in English, Marathi and Hindi. This section has open access for students
and faculty.
Computerization of the Library: - E-Granthalaya, the integrated Library Management Software from National Informatics Centre (NIC). This software is useful for automation of in-house activities of libraries and to provide various online member services. Online Public Access. Catalogue (OPAC) provides access to the bibliographic database. Students are issued bar-coded library cards at the beginning of the academic year. Majority of the books in the active collection have been bar-coded. New arrivals are processed, bar-coded and made available for circulation in their respective sections. Books not in regular use, i.e. the passive collection, are being bar-coded in a phased manner. Circulation activities to students as well as staff have been automated.

LIBRARY
SERVICES
Reading Room: -
Reading Room available with sitting Capacity of 65 students at a
time. Reading room facility available strictly against the reading card.
separate Reading Room Provided for Teachers.
Home lending Facility
Home lending facility available strictly against the Library
Card only for one week. Students can borrow one book at a time. Students can
reissue book. Issue return transaction are fully Computerized.
Current Awareness Services: -
Library provide Current Awareness Service (CAS) by displaying
the New Arrivals
Reference Services: -
The library has a good collection of reference books &
competitive exam books for the students appearing for various competitive
exams. The staff helped the students in providing suitable reference sources
for their project Reports.
Newspaper Clipping Service: -
The important articles from the dailies, which are displayed on
the library notice board regularly. For Quick reference, separate files of
newspaper clippings pertaining to various topics of vital importance are
maintained in the library.
Open Access facility: -
Library allows students
in stack area to go & select the book of their interest area to read. It is
available for B.Ed. Course Student Only.
Other Faculties: -

LIBRARY RULES &
REGULATIONS
Membership: -
1. Only B.Ed. Students Faculty and
Staff Member Can register their Library.
2. Membership Only
registered member are allowed to use Library.
3. A duplicate
Library Borrowers card will be issued on
payment of Rs.25/-
Circulation of Books and Home Lending: -
1. Books are Issued only
for 7 Days.
2. Reference Books ARE
Available only in Reading Hall.
3. Most demanded books
will be not renewed.
4. The University
Question papers, out of print books, Projects, loose issues of periodicals etc.
are only for are not issued.
5. Borrowers must Check
about the physical condition of the books before borrowing Any damage later or
at the time of returning will be charged fine
6. Readers are
responsible for misuse of their Library Card.
Overdue Charges: -
1. A fine of Rs.5 per
day will be charged of returning the books after due date. After three days the
penalty amount will be Rs. 10/-Per day.
2. For Reference books
fine Rs.50/- per day.
3. Loss or damage of
books by borrower should be replaced by the price of the books (out of
print) or the cost of book will have to pay by the borrower. Use
of computers/ laptops Etc. Laptop in library premises should be used for
academic purpose only.
4. Online
chatting/dating, browsing of social networking sites is strictly prohibited.
Strict disciplinary action will be taken against the defaulters.
5. Playing games on
computers is strictly prohibited in the entire Library premises.
General Rules: -
1. Readers should
observe strict silence inside the Library
2. Use of Mobile phones
is not permitted inside the Library premises
3.Users are not allowed to carry eatables/drinks inside the
Library premises
4. Library Borrowers card is
non-transferable.
5.Readers are advised
not to leave their valuable items like money, passport, credit card etc. at the
Reading table Marking, scratching, damaging, mutilating, stealing, library
materials or property.

7.Readers should not
carry books from one floor to another and should leave the books on.

11. The Librarian
reserves the right to suspend the membership of any member found misbehaving
with the library staff or with any other member.
12. Readers should not
leave bags/books/copies on the table and cannot claim, capture, and reserve
seats for future use.
13. The seats are to be
used/occupied on the first come first served basis
14. Readers should not
scribble on table tops or damage them.
15. Readers should not
clutter the table with heaps of books and other reading material
