Books Exhibition 2019-2020

Jan 2020. (A.Y.2019-20) Oriental Education Society’s Oriental College of Education Sanpada, Department of Library has organized a book exhibition on Friday 11 January 2020. The exhibition was inaugurated with the auspicious hands of principle Dr.Ratani Thakur, Principle of Oriental College of Education on this occasion various dignitaries of the Oriental College of Education, Librarian Mr. Salim Dhanse, professors and student were present. The main aim behind organizing such exhibition is to create awareness and interested about reading. It also provides information about the kinds of books available in the library. For this exhibition the books of various subjects and types were kept. Such as history, geography, economy, mathematics, science, physics, zoology, chemistry, botany, computer science, English autobiography, novels, drama, poetry, as well as competitive exam books etc. books create a good moral human being as well as create transformation in human life about future. This awareness is created by Department of Library. Department of Library always tries to enhance student’s knowledge about human personality development. It also provides information about social, cultural, education, political, historical, and scientific section of life for personality development students can read autobiography and biography of various authors, scientist and great heroes, etc. As in impact of this students can dream about various positions of their respective fields of arts, commerce and science. The Book exhibition was successful due to the contribution of all professors, non- teaching staff the members of library and all students. Contribution was also being made by the principle and chairmen of Oriental Education Society’s for the successful organization of book exhibition. Department of Library This was an excellent chance for students to learn about the writing profession and get inspiration for their own work. Students get benefit from the speech and suggestions. The book fair included a diverse selection of books from several categories. Categories are mentioned below; • Poetry books • Fiction books • Nonfiction books • Mystery books • children’s literature books • academic books • Government exams books.
